Michiu Cooking Wine (米酒)

Michiu (米酒) cooking wine, a type of Taiwanese or Chinese rice cooking wine commonly used in Asian cuisine. Michiu is made from fermented glutinous rice and has a mildly sweet and aromatic flavor, similar to Shaoxing wine but lighter in taste.
